don't deal with this person, he is an unprofessional person with no real computer training, just a cowboy end of.....

This company is a fraud. I gave him my Laptop to get it cleaned. When I got in touch with him the next day he told me a white line had come up on my screen. I asked him what this was and he told me it might have been from my software (which is complete rubbish). I then got in touch with a professional and he said if my computer was not like that when I gave it to him then it should be their responsibility to fix it. I called over to see my laptop to see that the monitor had been tampered with and the area between monitor and screen I could fit my finger into it. Underneath the monitor also had a big gap. I then confronted him explaining it was not like that before. I called a professional again and he said it sounded like he replaced it with a broken one and thought I was silly enough to pay him to fix it. He denied it but said he would replace my screen free of charge (which is a bit odd). I have just collected my laptop (after waiting a week) to find out it is still not right. DO NOT GIVE THIS FRAUDSTER YOUR LAPTOP TO FIX. I now have to pay to get my laptop cleaned and screen replaced properly. He also has a website on ...
