Both my collegue and I got up-styles done here for an event. We brought picture references with us to show the stylists the looks we wanted and explained that we wanted a loose look, what we got were horrible dated VERY tight, structured styles, I told the stylist i didnt like it but told her she may aswell finish it as i was tight on time. The response to this from the other stylists in the salon was unprofessional and well silly, instead of trying to make the client happy, they congratulated the stylist on a great job!! We were both unhappy leaving and I would neither return to the salon ever again or recommend them to anyone.
