I've used this garage for little jobs over the past 3 years and I trusted them. But the last time I went they tried to scam me! I booked in for a routine service. Got a call a few hours later to say I needed new break pads and discs. I was quoted over 200 euro extra for this. I said I couldn't afford it at the time and I just wanted the service. When I was picking up my car I questioned the break pads and I was told they were at 20% and they needed to be changed asap or they'd be dangerous. A few weeks later I got a friend mechanic to look at them and they were fine! Did not need to be changed for ages! And there was nothing wrong with the discs! McCann motors definitely tried to take advantage because I am a young woman with no knowledge of cars. Absolutely disgraceful!
