Bought 3 items, got a bit carried away with promo vouchers. Following day I had to go back to store with 2 items. Unfortunately, with my second return I gave incorrect receipt to assistant and got incorrect refund. Late afternoon I drove back and explained to another assistant in Pinko area. I left confused. On coming home I phoned and explained again. Today, I called back and it was sorted. However, assistant asked over and over of Promo Vouchers. I just have to say I have no Vouchers left. I bought hat euro110 and got 2 vouchers. Pinko gloves I used my vouchers, got another voucher, bought key ring used voucher and another voucher. I returned gloves, key ring and 1 voucher. I don't think manager in Pinko last evening had much time for me and today when all sorted I think manager just didn't like to see me. I don't make a habit of returning goods but I did make mistake with incorrect receipt for refund but sure that should have been picked up at desk . catherine
