A CABS - TULLAMORE, OY

I summon the taxi yesterday, on December 16, in the evening. I waited very long time, about 45 minutes. Finally, taxi arrived. I was with two kids ant big full shopping bag and two backpacks, but taxi driver- woman about 50 yer old with short hair, she did not move from her seat and did not open the trunk. I did that myself. I said hello, she did not say anything, I said address clearly, but she roughly repeated and asked again, I said address again. Along the way I looked in my wallet to check that there is small amount coins or not, I did not have, I had only 50 euro banknotes. When arrived, I gave her 50 euro banknote and said sorry, that I dont have a coins, she answered me rudely with reproach: "You went from the store and dont have small amount!" Sorry , but it is not my problem if she does not have the change! It is not her business where I went from! It is rude speak with me like that with absolutely no respect! And that is not all. I tried put back in the wallet small coins, because, as I said, I did not have required amount of small coins. I took maybe 15 seconds until I laid coins back in the wallet, she collected a change and kept it in her hand along my face and said with high voice tone: heloooo, heloooo, she rushed me. I said wait, wait.. She again stayed in the car and did not open the trunk. Absolutely rubbish customer service. More: I find out, that this company belongs to D.* C***, Tullamore. I have really bad experience with them too, but I will not expand at this time. I just can say- this is company of boors, nothing more. Avoid!
