LEISURELAND ARCADE - SLIGO, SO

I was on holidays in Enniscrone in April and we were in leisureland on 10/04/2016. My son was spending his pocket money trying to win a minion toy for ages. Eventually our last euro we entered into the machine, the machine picked up the minion and brought it to the winning slot but would not let it drop! When I approached the lady on the desk, having 4 witnesses and herself, she rudely told me that it has to drop and that she couldn't do anything. Not happy with the response I approached her again explaining that my son had put a lot of money into the machine and that clearly he had won that, and she responded "well you shouldn't have let him put his money in" and that she had no key to open it. Many people in the amusement establishment agreed 100% with me and told me it was a disgrace One thing that shocked me was how she had no key for the business she was working in and how rudely she can speak to customers. I am extremely angered and shocked at how I was treated and how they can speak to people with such disrespect, the people who are keeping their business running. I walked out with a very disappointed young boy and I promise you I will not return after being treated the way I was in front of other people including my son when clearly I was in the right!!
