MR OIL - WEXFORD, WX

Ordered 1000 literally last December 2015. When it arrived only 878 litres would fit in the tank. Asked if they could refund the difference but was told no but it would be credited off our next order. Placed an order last week for 1000 litres. It was delivered quickly but no credit was allowed for the previous order. Called to ask them to refund the 122 litres not delivered last time and the response I got was unbelievable. It should be easy, right? 122 litres at 48cent per litre equals €58.56 refund due, right? No. I was basically told that it was my own fault that the 122 litres couldn't be delivered and that I had order too much knowingly in order to get a lower price per litre and that they would only refund me at a lower rate as I should have ordered an appropriate quantity. Unbelievably bad customer service from a company I have been using for years. But never again.
