On the recommendation of my oil supplier I engaged Colin O'Dowd to remove oil from an oil tank. This he duly done but when an issue arose about a chest freezer that was left unplugged when Mr O’Dowd’s equipment was plugged out I found him less than helpful. I paid for the service, was given no receipt and subsequently had to throw out contents of a chest freezer. It was a very costly service for me.
